We currently ship within the United Kingdom and internationally. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on destination.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your House of Ugarit jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact us at info@houseofugarit.com with your order number. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
